Qi-Gong with Fab Ferments

Please join us at Fab Ferments taproom for a class on Qi-Gong and to experience fermented kombucha on tap, made the traditional way! We will be gathering on Saturday, March 28th from 12-3 at the FAB FERMENTS taproom and store: 611 Shepherd Drive ,Unit 16, Cincinnati, OH 45215

The Qi-Gong class will include some teachings and movement with Dr. Tommy Hughes. Tommy is a part of an extensive lineage and is excited to share some ways to balance your qi (chi - energy) for this shift into the new season.
